They absolutely WILL NOT straighten your hair, nor will they change your hair natural pattern. They are strictly an anti-frizz treatment. If you have expectations beyond simply reducing frizz, Do not book this service

Photos are an excellent way to show exactly what you have in mind. Feel free to send me pictures of your current hair and 1-2 inspo pictures to choose from. You will also be given options and home care recommendations to keep the salon look going and to make styling easier for you. I LOVE it when you bring your Pinterest photos.

Because salon services are reserved especially for you, we ask that you notify 24 hours in advance to change or cancel appointments without penalty including consultation appoitments . Without 24-hour notice, you forfeit your deposit. I thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding.

Yes, However Color correction and Hair Extension deposit is $100. This deposit will go towards your service price. If you decide you no longer want the service your deposit will be refunded.

No, deposits for services ARE NOT refundable even if you cancel an appointment with more than 24 hours notice. I take deposits to hold long duration appointments such as those for hair extensions and color corrections. This is due to the dramatic impact losing a long duration appointment has on a schedule. I pride myself on providing service to all clients in a timely and professional manner. Your promptness is greatly appreciated and required to properly serve you. In the event that you are running more than 15 minutes late you will be asked to reschedule.
